  Part Time Temporary Receptionist ( Maternity Cover ) 


Essential Experience :
* At least 1 years previous experience
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational and Communication Skills
*Attention to detail & take pride in their work
* This Position is to cover Maternity leave Evenings & Weekends including holiday periods

  Full Time Receptionist  


Essential Experience :
* A minimum of 2 years previous Hotel Reception Experience
* A Minimum of 2 Years Previous experience working with 'Hotsoft' specialised Hotel Reservation System & Hotel Avvio online Booking system
*Experience of Website & Facebook Set up
* Ability to remain calm during difficult situations and in a very busy environment
*The ability to work unsupervised
*Excellent interpersonal skills, Patience & Tact including a pleasent telephone manner.
*Good administrative skills , you will need to be accurate, with attention to detail. Competent in the use of Email, Word & Excel.
* A high Standard of Personal Presentation.
*The ability to handle cash, credit / Debit cards and foreign currency
Shifts will be Days, Evenings, Weekends including holiday periods
