INCREASE YOUR FITNESS
 

Whether you want to tone, lose weight, increase fitness or simply have fun, we offer a programme of over 30 classes per week led by our highly qualified fitness professionals, our classes are motivational and a great way to meet new people.
Country Club members and residents are welcome to partake in classes at no extra charge.

Presently we run 12 Indoor Cycling classes per week, people at all fitness levels can take part. Anyone wishing to attend the spin classes can book a bike 24 hours in advance. Please contact Country Club reception for a bike. 028437 21304.
